Job Summary:

The Brand Marketing team are responsible for the development and roll-out of regional brand marketing campaigns for Disney+, providing all local teams across the EMEA region with the relevant media and creative strategy and assets. The focus, and measurement of success, is to build brand saliency, awareness, and consideration of Disney+. Immediate focus is to shift brand perceptions, increasing the understanding that Disney+ has content for adults, ultimately making it a daily habit and consumers’ go-to streaming service.

The Brand Marketing Supervisor will be instrumental in supporting the team in the delivery of all campaigns, as well as managing individual projects. The individual will report directly to the EMEA Senior Brand Marketing Manager, and work closely with the EMEA Brand Marketing Manager. They will also be expected to work hand in glove with the wider Marketing team as well as other Disney+ areas including Creative, PR, Studios, Social, Performance, Customer and Partnerships to help support integrated strategies and ensure alignment.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Planning

  • Collaborate closely with the US and Creative Operations teams
  • Build strong relationships with local marketing teams, and liaise with them as required to share/collate information, plans and creative
  • Support the campaign planning milestone process, updating key documents and pulling together presentations
  • Develop and deliver industry-leading, insight-driven, innovative, differentiated & effective brand campaigns to markets for local amplification and activation
  • Coordinate the implementation of effective and efficient fully integrated brand campaign strategies and plans including but not limited to writing briefs, creating and implementing promotional strategies, managing marketing assets and briefing agencies
  • Collaborate with various teams across The Walt Disney Company, ensuring cross-company support for key brand initiatives

Creative Briefing & Delivery

  • Develop creative briefs, sourcing asset specs, guidelines and restrictions
  • Pull together and oversee campaign timings and creative makelists
  • Manage the deployment of regional creative assets to all EMEA marketing teams
  • Become an expert in local market nuances and challenges
  • Manage US & Legal approvals, as required

Agencies and Partners Management

  • Build, co-ordinate and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners
  • Organise, host or attend weekly status meetings, as required
  • Source and share creative assets, guidelines and additional content information

Asset Management

  • Become a brand ambassador with a strong understanding of brand and creative guidelines
  • Source and circulate creative assets, as required

The Experience We Require From You

  • Proven marketing experience, preferably working on brand marketing
  • Ability to plan, organise, manage creative delivery
  • Experience writing creative briefs and manage delivery of feedback
  • Previous agency and budget management experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of digital and social platforms
