You’ve secured a role at A+E, or just interested in the benefits they provide to their staff? We have compiled a list of all the major benefits they offer.
A+E Networks operates a simple workplace pension scheme with a generous company match policy up to 6%.
A+E Networks offers 25 days of annual leave, plus UK bank holidays and Wellness Days. While the 25 days of annual leave is fairly standard, the addition of 8 wellness days throughout the year makes A+E an attractive option for those wanting a good work-life balance.
For each year of employment service at A+E, employees are given an additional day of annual leave – up to a maximum of 5 additional days. Therefore, it is possible for an individual to have 30 days annual leave at A+E.
Furthermore, A+E offers employees the option to buy or sell up to 5 days of annual leave each year. This must be completed before the final payday in December each year.
Like many employers, A+E offers maternity leave to mothers with new borns. After one year of service, they can receive up to 26 weeks of standard weekly pay, followed by an additional 13 weeks at the statutory maternity pay rate.
For fathers, they are entitled to 3 weeks paid leave having completed 3 months within the business. They can attend 2 doctors appointments during pregnancy on paid leave.
