Job Summary:

This role will help support the day-to-day running of our inventory servicing in the UK, including the retrieval of foreign client controlled linear dubs across EMEA. You will support the creation of shell records for linear inventory assets for Disney/Fox/Nat Geo, and also work closely with our DTC team and external vendors on date confirmations.

This is a full-time (salaried) 6 month FTC position based 4 days a week in our Hammersmith office, and 1 day working from home from 1st March.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create shell records for delivery of localised tracks into company inventory by both E2E vendors and dubbing studios to Wonderland
  • Retrieval of client controlled TV dubs across EMEA for subsequent exploitation on D+
  • Research Disney systems to establish available elements and request asset movements as directed and required for D+ and content sales
  • Place mastering orders with vendors, raise P.O.s and keep track of retrieved dubs in Symphony
  • Update internal colleagues with regular status reports on the progress of projects as well as flagging up any issue or blockers in a timely manner.
  • Assist with digital audio received into inventory when required.
  • Assist with the delivery of 3rd party linear titles for Branded, Fox Channel networks and other platforms across EMEA into Disney.
  • Track material delivery for animation (video, audio, metadata) from production and distributors to TWDC.
  • Research the availability and costs of localised assets for clients with the rights to access Disney dubs
  • Deliver dubs, subtitles, video files and metadata to clients once the access agreement has been signed.

Required Experience:

  • Extensive experience with applications such as Microsoft Office, Google sheets, Smartsheet, PowerBI.
  • Understanding of sound and video formats/components.
  • Experience in asset management databases.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience essential.

Desirable Experience:

  • Understanding of localisation process and mastering process.
  • Experience of file-based and HD technology, new media and electronic file delivery.
  • Good knowledge of SAP a great advantage.
