Job Purpose

Provision of administrative and office support to Banijay Rights team.

Responsibilities

  • General administration, i.e. filing, photocopying, scanning, (establishing electronic filing systems where needed)
  • Running errands and collecting post in Shepherd’s Building and distributing within Banijay Rights
  • Liaising with group Facilities and building management on building access/parking/post/passes for staff
  • Ordering business cards, office supplies and other divisional stationery as required
  • Assisting Finance teams with FedEx coding, signing of tax forms, sending tax forms out to clients when needed and updating tax form tracker
  • Sending items nationally and internationally using FEDEX and Transworld courier account
  • Easy Track invoice processing for various teams
  • Assisting IT team with administration, locating equipment, keeping IT tracker up to date, liaising on staff equipment needs and website/showroom requests
  • Keeping the office floor in a tidy position and assisting with any desk moves and set-ups
  • Assisting Legal and Business Affairs with contracts/document processing and filing
  • Working with the Executive Assistant on divisional event organisation and social events
  • Assisting the Executive Assistant with travel arrangements
  • Greeting clients and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
  • Other duties as required.

Knowledge and Skills Required
